The bathroom is on the left, tucked neatly out of the main traffic flow. The living and sleeping area occupies the rest of the space. You can also fit a full bed, a dining table, a sofa, and even a vanity within those 27 square meters if you plan it right.

The washing machine fits on the outdoor space outside, which keeps the interior clutter-free.

Rental estimate: 18,000 to 22,000 baht per month.

One-Bedroom: 30.5 sqm, Starting at 4.32 Million Baht

The one-bedroom gains just 3.5 square meters over the studio, but the layout difference is significant. The extra width in the kitchen makes the cooking space more functional, and the separation between the living zone and the bedroom zone is proper.

There are three distinct areas as you move through the unit: kitchen and bathroom at the entrance, living and dining in the middle, bedroom at the back by the window.

The bedroom sits at the far end of the unit with balcony access, which means it gets the most natural light and the best views. A queen bed fits here comfortably. There's space for a proper closet, a vanity, and an office desk alongside it.

For a couple or someone who wants the defined separation of a bedroom from their working and living space, the one-bedroom makes more sense than it might look on paper.
