Aspire Sukhumvit 103 Review: Pet-Friendly, Affordable, and in One of Bangkok's Fastest-Growing Areas

Aspire Sukhumvit 103 by AP Thailand is one of the few condos in Bangkok genuinely built for pet owners, not just tolerant of them.
It combines dedicated grooming facilities and purpose-built unit features with a starting price under 3 million THB, all in one of the city's most active growth areas. The smallest units are at 27 sqm, with one-bedroom layouts from 30.5 sqm starting at around 3.1 million THB.
For context, condo prices in Bangkok's core central areas now regularly exceed 150,000 THB per sqm. At this price point, from one of Thailand's most established developers, Aspire Sukhumvit 103 is genuinely accessible.

Six Buildings Arranged Around a Central Green Zone
Aspire Sukhumvit 103 is a low-rise residential complex comprising six separate buildings with a total of 1,126 units, plus two commercial units. The scale is significant, but the design works to prevent it from feeling like a dense block.
Green space runs through the middle of the complex. Once completed, residents will have access to garden areas, fresh air, and landscaping at the heart of the development. The central pool sits within this green zone, and the fitness centre and co-working spaces are built around the same core.
The co-working provision is a deliberate design choice. This project targets young working professionals and entrepreneurs, and it is built on the reality that hybrid work is the norm.
There are multiple co-working spaces throughout the development, including one in the pet-friendly tower that allows residents to bring their pets with them while they work. That is a detail that will matter to a specific buyer, and AP Thailand clearly thought it through.

Two of the six buildings, Building C and Building D, are designated as the pet-friendly towers. They sit at the back of the complex and are connected at the rooftop, meaning residents can walk between the two buildings at the top level. Pet facilities are concentrated in Tower D, primarily on the second floor.
One thing we appreciate about how the pet-friendly element has been handled here is the separation of spaces. If you have a pet, you have a dedicated environment built for you.
Why Udom Suk Is Worth Paying Attention To
The project sits in the Udom Suk area on the eastern stretch of Sukhumvit, and the location story here is primarily about what is coming.
Right now, Udom Suk is known as a strong food destination. The Khun Yim Market @ Udomsuk is a large, well-established street food market that draws locals from across the area. For residents who want quality, affordable food on their doorstep, it is a genuine daily benefit.

But the bigger picture is what Udom Suk is becoming. A few key developments are reshaping this neighborhood:
- True Digital Park is operational next door. It is a large mixed-use development with a significant office complex that has drawn tech companies and startups to the area. This is creating a growing base of young working professionals looking for housing nearby.
- Bangkok Mall, currently under construction, is set to become the largest shopping mall in Southeast Asia on completion. It will add office space, retail, and a substantial lifestyle offering to the area.
- Cloud 11 is another major mixed-use commercial complex coming to the same area.
The pattern here is familiar to anyone who has watched Bangkok's growth story play out: office and commercial infrastructure arrives, demand for nearby residential follows, and early buyers capture the upside.
On transport, the BTS station is approximately 900 metres from the project. That is a walkable distance for many residents, and the project also runs a shuttle bus service to and from the station.
For car users, the project connects to Sukhumvit Road, Srinakarin Road, and Bang Na Road, with two expressways nearby: the Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway and the Burapa Withi Expressway.
Pet Facilities That Are More Than Just a Policy
Most Bangkok condos that claim to be pet friendly mean they will tolerate your cat or small dog. Aspire Sukhumvit 103 is doing something different.
The dedicated pet facilities in Tower D include:
- A pet grooming area where residents can bathe their pets and have their fur trimmed.
- A pet-friendly co-working space, so you can work from the building's shared areas without leaving your pet behind.
- Balcony railings with closer spacing on pet-friendly units, so cats and dogs cannot slip through or jump off.
Inside the pet-friendly units themselves, the design goes further than surface-level accommodation:
- Special flooring that is easier for pets to walk on than standard laminate, and free from toxic materials or chemicals.
- A pet entrance is cut into the bathroom door so pets can move freely between rooms.
- Drain covers in the bathroom designed to prevent fur from blocking the drainage.
- Space under the wash basin sized to accommodate a litter box.
- Double-layered walls in the living area to reduce noise transfer between units, which matters more when you have animals.
This level of detail is not common in Bangkok's condo market. For pet owners who have dealt with the limitations of standard Bangkok condos, the difference is meaningful.

The Standard One-Bedroom: Glass Partition, Flexible Corner, Sealed Kitchen
The first show unit is a one-bedroom at 30.5 sqm, with an average starting price of around 3.1 million THB.
Walking in, you are greeted by the living and TV area. The space is decently sized for a 30.5 sqm layout, with room for a sofa and enough flex in the floor plan to configure it differently depending on how you want to use it.
AP Thailand has shown a two-chair dining setup in the show unit, but there is room for a fuller dining table or an L-shaped sofa if that suits you better.
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a glass partition door, split into three panels so it can be pushed fully to one side to open the space up. The glass keeps natural light flowing, which makes the unit feel larger than the square meterage suggests.
Off to the side of the bedroom is a flexible corner space. In the show unit it has been set up as a study area, but it could just as easily become a walk-in closet with a sliding door. The bathroom sits adjacent, with a well-sized shower.
The kitchen is positioned near the balcony, and the layout allows you to seal off the kitchen area with a sliding door when cooking, then open up the balcony for ventilation. It is a practical solution in a compact space.
The balcony itself is a useful addition, with space for a washing machine.
For buyers looking at the most accessible entry point, the 27 sqm units start at 2.7 million THB. That is the most affordable new-build option in this project and, frankly, a competitive price for a new AP Thailand development in this part of Eastern Sukhumvit.

The Pet-Friendly One-Bedroom: Same Size, Different Design Decisions
The pet-friendly unit is also a one-bedroom at 30.5 sqm, priced at around 3.4 million THB. It is a modest premium over the standard unit that reflects the additional design and material investment.
The layout differs from the standard unit. You enter through the kitchen rather than the living area, which is well-equipped with storage and prep space. The flooring throughout is the pet-specific material: designed for easy paw traction and free from anything harmful.
The living area is slightly more spacious in feel than the standard unit, with room for a two or three-seat sofa and a small work corner built into the layout. The bedroom is again separated by a sliding partition door for privacy when needed.

The balcony on the pet-friendly unit has the modified railing design: bars spaced closely enough that a cat or small dog cannot get through, making it a genuinely safe outdoor space for animals.
